JAVIN ADDERLEY is the owner and operator of TROPIKAL BIRD TURKEY LEGS. He was raised in the tropical island of Nassau, Bahamas, where he was inspired by and grew up watching his grandmothers prepare wonderful Caribbean cuisine.
Javin became a fisherman as a teenager, diving into the deep, blue Caribbean seas and assisting his uncle with his fishing business. After high school, he moved to America to attend college, ultimately receiving a dual degree in Physics and Engineering from Benedict College and Southern Polytechnic University.
Javin worked in Engineering and Sales in Corporate America for 23 years until opening TROPIKAL BIRD TURKEY LEGS.
Cooking and catering at large events for many years. Javin is known for his finger licking grilling, which has now taken him into the land of Smoked Turkey Legs, which he would love to serve you and yours!
